Temporal Chronology is a historical presentation that embodies a living interpolation of past accomplishments and relevant events that capture and transudes the historical timeline of the Taller Boricua /aka as The Puerto Rican Workshop in New York City 1969 to 2021.
The daily nonstop influx of global digital information that continues to increase and over saturate our minds has now reached a point that negatively affects our ability to know, learn our past, and even our current zeitgeist. If we evolve as formidable entrants into a secure and peaceful future with our sovereign freedoms intact: we need to retain and control our cultural history and independent narratives.
Our main goal is to anchor the essential foundational groundwork required in compiling, deciphering, and perpetually making publicly available the five decades of Taller Boricua’s archivally stored materials.
We intend to leave the digital doors open to new and diverse, updated social-political and cultural interpretations of relevant past histories to keep the timeline as contextual and accurate as possible.
