Polar ice is stunning, colorful and fragile. Beauty and awareness are partners in the rallying cry. This work employs the compelling forms created by the melting process as the trumpet blast of mother nature. Our planet needs us and action is required.

The pieces are made by combining a wide range of art supplies and everyday materials including ink, acrylic, oil paint, spray paint, epoxy resin, wax, glass, sand, plastic, glitter, salt, sugar, rocks, clay and found objects.
